1. Subscription and Payment Terms
TayzenAI operates on a subscription-based model for its bespoke AI models and digital marketing consulting services. By subscribing, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
2.1. Full Refunds

A full refund is available if a cancellation request is made within 7 days of the initial subscription payment, provided that no significant customization work has been completed.

If you accidentally subscribed to the wrong plan and notify us within 24 hours of payment, we will process a full refund or adjustment.
2.2. Partial Refunds

If TayzenAI has already begun customizing your AI model or providing services but you cancel within the first 14 days, a partial refund may be provided based on the amount of work completed.

Refunds will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation.
2.3. No Refunds

No refunds will be issued after 14 days from the subscription start date.

If services have been fully delivered (e.g., a trained AI model provided or a marketing strategy executed), refunds will not be issued.

Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with results, as AI models and marketing strategies require testing, iteration, and optimisation.
3. Cancellations

Cancellations made before the next billing cycle will prevent further charges, but no refunds will be issued for unused time.
4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.

TayzenAI is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

TayzenAI reserves the right to issue refunds on a case-by-case basis in situations involving:
